The SU-76 was a Soviet self-propelled gun used during World War II and the early years of the Cold War. Designed in 1942, this vehicle was based on the chassis of the T-70 light tank and armed with a 76 mm gun, it was mainly used as infantry support and for the destruction of fortifications and light armored vehicles.
