These are all the options in which you can find yourself:

1.- I have purchased a product that is in stock and I have a national shipment (Spain)

We use GLS with delivery service in 24-72 working hours. Every morning a courier comes to pick up orders and they are delivered the next day.

Here the company offers 3 options:

  • GLS – 14:00 Service: 4.55€ For this price, our order will arrive the next working day (before 14:00). You can ask us if the courier has passed by (he comes by around noon) and you will receive your order the next morning, the next day you will receive your shipment.
  • GLS – EconomyParcel: 3.95€ . Here the waiting time is 24-48h, and can be up to 72h.
  • GLS – ParcelShop Service: 3.10€ . You can select one of the GLS collection points and pick up your order in person. It is the perfect solution if you think you might not be at home, as well as the most economical.

If you have had any problem in the shipment, do not hesitate to tell us as soon as possible so we can help you from here, it is much more effective and you do not have to face eternal calls.

Our job is to work tirelessly to ensure that you receive what you have purchased as soon as possible.

2.- I have purchased a product for which there is no stock, only the possibility to reserve it.

As soon as we receive your order, we will get to work to bring it to you as soon as possible. The waiting time here will vary, but we will tell you right away, depending on the type of product.

3.- I have placed an international order for a product that was in stock.

In this case we work with DHL for Europe and the delivery time is 1 to 3 working days, depending on the European destination.

4.- I need to make a return

You have 14 days from the day of purchase to make a return. We will ask you to print a label and the courier will pick up the package at your home address. Once received we verify the status and proceed to refund, deducting the cost of collection and shipping, amounting to 5.95 €.
