The Puma unquestionably stands out as one of the most attractive armored vehicles of World War II. As a variant of the Sdkfz 234, it featured a fully enclosed turret equipped with a 5 cm gun and more robust armor compared to other versions. Despite this increased protection, the Puma still retained the ability to reach speeds in excess of 50 mph (approximately 85 km). From 1943 onwards, it played a crucial role as a reconnaissance vehicle on the Eastern and Western fronts. Interestingly, the thicker armor did not provide significant protection, but its elegant closed turret housed a 50 mm KwK 30 gun.
