Panzer IV Ausf. E Zvezda-3641

Description

The Panzer IV was a German medium tank of the Second World War. It was the only German tank that remained in production (with modifications in each variant) throughout the war. The initial versions of the Panzer IV had a “short” 75mm gun and were intended for infantry support missions (and not so much for fighting enemy tanks).

The E version(ausf E) significantly improved the armor with respect to previous versions, and also changed the commander’s cupola. The increase in armor implied an increase in weight, which was solved by mounting wider chains.
