Description

The Universal Carrier MkI (or Universal Carrier Mk. I) was a British Army light tracked vehicle that was in production from World War II until the early 1960s.
The Universal Carrier is the allied vehicle with the largest production in history, as it was used not only by the British Army but by all its Commonwealth allies (as well as the Polish Army and the Red Army).
This vehicle was used for troop transport, artillery towing and light reconnaissance.
