Kozak-2 Ukrainian National Guard Vehicle ICM-35015

Description

The Kozak-2 armored vehicle, developed by the Ukrainian research and production company ‘Practika’, belongs to the MRAP class of combat vehicles designed to provide crew protection against mine explosions and ambushes. Its armored protection complies with the second level of the STANAG 4569 standard. Built on a four-wheel drive truck chassis adapted to off-road conditions, the vehicle is versatile in tasks such as patrolling, support to other vehicles, communications and fire support for combat personnel. The crew and troops have anti-trauma seats equipped with five-point seat belts. The vehicle can be equipped with a heavy machine gun or a 7.62 mm machine gun, both mounted on an armored turret with circular rotation. The Kozak-2 is in service with the Ukrainian Armed Forces and has been used by various units of the Ukrainian National Guard over several years.
