The Bedford was a truck developed by the General Motors Company at the request of the British Army, which in 1935, seeing the pre-war atmosphere that was already haunting Europe, asked GM for a robust and cheap to produce truck that could be used in various functions. The variant reproduced in this Gecko kit is the MWD 15, which was employed for general logistics use.
