Like the 917t, the German V3000S truck is an evolution of the Ford model and was also produced in the same factory as the first, in the city of Cologne.
A multitude of these vehicles were manufactured, both for civilian and military use. The military one was widely used by the German army and was present in all the fronts where it fought.
