The IBG magazine The world at war, printed in English and German, offers in its second issue the construction of the German Panzer II tank in its variants a1/a2/a3.
These three versions were pre-production versions, all three were completed before the start of World War II, and they were used to test various improvements that would later be incorporated into the models for series production.
