Description

The Stug IV was an improvement of its predecessor the Stug III, it mounted a 75mm KWK 40 cannon on a Panzer IV body. At first these vehicles were designed as assault guns to support the infantry, in fact the units deployed at the front belonged to Infantry Divisions and not Panzer Divisions, however with the course of the conflict, these weapons proved to be excellent tank destroyers.

In addition to the 75 mm KWK 40 cannon, the Stug IV had armor ranging from 10 to 80 mm, could reach a speed of 40 km/h and had a range of about 200 km.
