The Panzer IV Ausf J was the last variant that was made of this tank model, more than 3,100 units were built between February 1944 and the end of the conflict. The most remarkable thing about the Panzer IV Ausf J was that in many ways and in order to reduce production costs, some of its components were simplified, such as the electrical system to rotate its turret, which in the J variant had to be done manually.
