During WWII, Wehrmacht units used a lot of equipment that they had captured during their campaigns. Among the captured vehicles was the French all-terrain vehicle Laffy V15T, which was produced by the company Laffy and Licorne.
Although the initial design of this vehicle was to be used for towing artillery pieces, it was eventually used for multiple functions, especially as a personnel carrier and communications car. 450 of these cars were built throughout the war.
