Description

Since ancient times, different siege machines were used to assault and besiege fortresses, in this Zvezda set dedicated to these machines you will find some of them.

The battering ram whose mechanism was intended to crush the walls and gates of enemy fortresses. The attackers used assault shields to avoid being hit by enemy fire. Once the attackers reached the fortress walls, they used ladders to climb up. The defenders tried to repel the attack using cauldrons with resin, which could thwart the attack plan and inflict huge wounds on the besiegers.
