Description
The M109 was a self-propelled artillery gun developed by the US and sold to many of its allies throughout the Cold War, including Spain.
The M109 entered service in the early 1960s to replace the obsolete M44. The A2/A3 version incorporated a 155-millimeter M185 howitzer gun.
