Description

Livonia was a region located in the Baltic Sea, part of the territory of present-day Latvia and what is now Estonia. This area was controlled by the Livonian Order (or “Livonian Brothers of the Sword”), which was a Catholic military order, that is, it was composed of warrior monks, followed the statutes of the Knights Templar and its uniformity and weaponry was similar to that used by the Teutonic Knights.
