Description
The Jagdpanzer IV/70 was a German tank destroyer of World War II.
This vehicle was developed using the chassis of the German Panzer IV with the turret replaced by a fixed structure on which a 75 mm L/70 gun was mounted (in previous versions it was a shorter L/48, also 75 mm). The long gun version (“Lang” in German) entered the production line in August 1944 and fought in the Ardennes offensive in December 1944.
