Description
The Jagdpanzer 38(t) (which received the nickname Hetzer) was a medium type tank destroyer employed by the Germans during World War II.
As the war in the east progressed, the Germans intensified their encounters with Russian tanks, some of which turned out to be better defended, had more powerful guns and were faster than the German tanks. Due to this situation, the German tanks of the first years of the war became obsolete, this was the case of the Czech-made Panzer 38(t), which was modified to build the Hetzer.
