Italian 3RO ammunition transport truck IBG-72097

Description

The 3RO was an Italian 5-cylinder diesel-engined truck, developed from the late 1930s to the late 1940s, it was used for civilian purposes but, above all, it became the most widespread heavy truck in the “Regio Esercito” during the Second World War, where it served on all the fronts in which Italy participated.

9,500 of these vehicles were built for military purposes and used for multiple purposes: Troop transport, fuel, horses and, of course, ammunition (variant brought to us by IBG in this model!).
