Samurai were knights and warriors of different types in ancient Japan. This type of soldiers formed the military elite and followed a very defined and rigorous code of honor called Bushido.
Samurai usually followed princes or warrior leaders (“Shogun”), usually fought on foot, armed with colorful armor, swords, bow and/or spear.
