Description
The Romanian army fought alongside the Axis forces during World War II. He participated in the invasion of the USSR in 1941. They were efficient soldiers, although their poorly equipped and poorly led forces meant that they were not as effective as their German allies and suffered heavy casualties during the years of fighting.
