The Toldi was a Hungarian light tank designed to break enemy lines thanks to its speed and maneuverability. It was used by the Hungarian army (a country aligned with the Axis forces) during World War II.
The Toldi IIa Pak 40/2 L/48 Páncélvadász variant (depicted in 1/72 scale in this IBG model) was a variation to convert the tank into an anti-tank gun, replacing the rotating turret with a fixed superstructure on which was mounted a 75mm caliber Pak 40/2 L/48 gun.
