Description

Herman Goering, famous for his role in the Luftwaffe during World War II, was also an outstanding fighter pilot during World War I. During his time as a pilot, Goering achieved a total of 22 confirmed victories in aerial combat, victories that included the destruction of enemy aircraft as well as airships. His skill and courage in the air led him to become one of the most recognized aviation aces of his time.

However, Goering is above all remembered for being one of the most important Nazi hierarchs and his leading role in the Third Reich.
