The Crusader was a British-designed tank designed at the beginning of World War II. This tank was what the British called 6588 LAV-AT scheme “cruiser tank” or cruiser tank, was built in large quantities (more than 5,000 units). The main feature of this car was its Christie suspension that made it very versatile and adaptable to all types of terrain.

The Crusader MkIII was armed with a 6-pounder (57mm) gun, its armor was somewhat light which made it vulnerable in direct confrontation against German tanks.
