Description
The Focke Wulf 190 was one of the best and most successful fighters of World War II.
The FW 190D (“Dora”) version replaced the previous radial engine with a Jumo 213 A-1, inverted V12 inline engine, this modification increased the nose of the aircraft which led to the nickname “nosecone”.
The FW190 D-9 version mounted two 20 mm cannons (one on each wing) and two 13 mm Rheinmetall-Borsig MG17 heavy machine guns on the engine hood.
