This process allows you to recreate a realistic verdigris effect on your model kits. First, apply the special acrylic paint (AK11267) with a brush on the desired surface. Once dry, cover the area with the Oxidizing Agent (AK11268). Let it stand for the natural reaction with the air to generate the characteristic greenish-bluish tone of bronze and copper oxidation. For more subtle effects, you can dilute the agent with water. In addition, you can enhance the final finish by combining pigments, acrylic paints or enamel effects for an even more authentic and aged appearance.
