German Z Class Destroyer (37-39) Tamiya-31908

Description

This Tamiya kit includes in 1/700 scale the German Z class destroyers, the Z37 and its brother the Z39. Both were part of the so-called Plan Z that pursued the rearmament of the KriegsMarine (German Navy) during World War II.

The destroyer Z37 was sunk by mistake in 1944 during maneuvers in the Bay of Biscay. The Z39 was decommissioned from the German Navy at the end of the war but continued to serve the fleets of first the American and later the French Navy.
