Description

The Chance Vought F4 Corsair was an American fighter aircraft used in the Pacific War (during World War II). This aircraft operated on board, almost 13,000 aircraft were produced and was in service from 1940 until its retirement in 1953.

The FAU-1D version was powered by an R-2800-RW radial engine and had a revised and improved armament compared to previous versions.
