The KV1 was a Soviet-made heavy tank used by the Soviets in the early years of World War II against the armies of Nazi Germany.

The KV1 had a somewhat crude design, was slow and had some mechanical failures but its incredible protection and 76.2mm gun made it superior to most enemy tanks of the time.
