The Nashorn, or “Rhinoceros”, was a German tank destroyer of World War II. Equipped with an 88 mm Pak 43 cannon, this vehicle was fearsome in combat. With a top speed of 40 km/h and a range of 235 km, the Nashorn offered mobility on the battlefield. Its 20 mm frontal armor offered limited protection against infantry and small arms. However, its long-range firing capability and high penetrating power made it effective against enemy tanks.
