The Comet is another of the British cruiser-type battle tanks developed during World War II. For the manufacture of the Comet, the chassis of the Cromwell heavy tank was used, to which was added a larger caliber gun mounted on a cast turret, the new turret in turn meant that the tank had a lower profile.
Version A was not ready until January 1945, so it did not participate much in the war. It differed, especially externally, by having the exhaust pipe covered to prevent smoke from going forward and affecting the crew.
Color painting scheme, photoetched parts and metal cannon included in the scale model
